Vivisoft in brief
Vivisol is a home care group present in several European countries. In Belgium, it supplies home oxygen therapy and CPAP, among other things.
Vivisoft is one of the services Vivisol makes available to professionals, alongside patient telemonitoring. Vivisol does offer telemonitoring for sleep apnoea and COPD.
When Vivisoft may be enough
If the vast majority of your patients are equipped by Vivisol and device telemonitoring is your priority, the provider’s ecosystem is a coherent choice. PneumoTrack does not do telemonitoring.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use PneumoTrack if our patients are equipped by Vivisol?
Yes. PneumoTrack tracks your patients’ approvals and agreements whatever their provider. It does not replace the provider’s services. It organises follow-up on your centre’s side.
Does PneumoTrack retrieve compliance data from the devices?
No. Today, compliance is entered from the hour counter during the consultation, and the calculator derives the authorised approval duration from it.
