What this page covers

This policy concerns only the pneumotrack.be website. The PneumoTrack software, installed in hospitals, is covered by separate contracts with each institution: patient data in the software remains under the hospital’s responsibility.

Data collected

• Demo form: name, job title, institution, work email, phone and message, if you provide them.
• Audience measurement: anonymous, aggregated statistics (page views, referrers), with no cookies and no identification.

Please never send patient data through the form.

Why, and on what basis

Form information is used to respond to your request and to arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to professionals who contact us.

How long

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of three years after our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is established.

Who has access

Only the PneumoTrack team and the technical providers that host the website and receive the forms, as part of the service provided by StudioManiak. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to commercial third parties.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@pneumotrack.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
