The patient’s administrative record, found in three letters, and a calculator that prepares the renewal during the consultation.
Find a patient in three letters
Search responds to every letter typed, on surname, first name, national register number (NISS) or HIS number. Two filters narrow the list: modality and approval status.
- Sort by name or date of birth, pagination from 10 to 100 rows.
- CPAP, O₂ and MAD badges show a patient’s modalities.
- Red icon as soon as an approval has expired and must be renewed.
A record in three parts
Identity with the NISS in Belgian format and the HIS number, contact details, health insurance fund and membership number. A button generates a fictitious patient to train a new team member without touching real records.
The CPAP consultation calculator
Enter the consultation date and the device’s hour counter. PneumoTrack does the rest, according to the agreement rules.
- Average per night calculated over the elapsed period, capped at 365 days.
- Compliance rated Insufficient (under 4 h), Acceptable (4 to 6 h) or Good (6 h and over).
- Below 4 h per night, only a 3-month approval remains possible.
- More than 3 months overdue: the new approval starts the day after the consultation.
- Start and end dates of the new approval calculated to the day.
- BMI colour-coded according to the 18.5, 25 and 30 thresholds.
Device settings in the same place
CPAP, APAP or BiLevel mode, fixed pressure or a 4 to 20 cmH2O range, EPR or Flex, ramp and humidification: the parameters are noted during the consultation.
