The agreement rules, already built into the calculation
No more dates recalculated on the corner of a desk. PneumoTrack applies the same rules, for every patient, at every consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Is PneumoTrack a medical device?
No. PneumoTrack is software for the administrative management of agreements: it makes no diagnosis and adjusts no device. It does not fall within the scope of European Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices.
Where is patient data stored?
On a server at your hospital, in your SQL Server database. PneumoTrack is installed on your infrastructure: your patients’ data never passes through our servers.
Which agreements are covered?
CPAP, oxygen therapy and mandibular advancement devices. Approvals for all three modalities are tracked on the same screen, and each module is activated according to your licence.
Are SMS and email reminders sent automatically?
Not yet. Today, every reminder made is recorded and dated in the approval history, which avoids calling the same patient twice. Automatic sending is in preparation.
Is an internet connection required?
Not for day-to-day work: PneumoTrack runs on your intranet. An occasional connection is used to check for updates and the licence, with a thirty-day offline grace period.
Is the interface available in Dutch?
Yes. The interface is available in French, Dutch and English, and each user picks their language. Centres in Flanders and Brussels work in their own language.
What happens to PneumoTrack with the 2027 agreement?
The text is still under negotiation. The calculation rules are grouped in a single module of the software: as soon as the final text is published, they will be adapted and delivered to all centres through an update.
How much does PneumoTrack cost?
The price depends on the modules activated and the number of users. It is shared with you during the demo. Pilot centres benefit from preferential terms.
