Insurance approvals: every expiry date in sight
Enter the approval once. PneumoTrack calculates its status every day, groups the patients to remind and keeps a record of every reminder.
Four statuses, calculated automatically
An approval’s status follows from its dates, never from a box ticked by hand. Nobody needs to update the list.
- Active: the approval still runs for more than 90 days.
- Expiring soon: less than 90 days left, shown in orange.
- Expired: expiry date passed, with the number of days overdue in red.
- Upcoming: the approval starts at a future date.
The “To remind” tab, your list for the week
Approvals close to expiry are grouped in a dedicated tab, with a counter. Overdue approvals have their own. The indicators at the top follow your filters: modality, status, search.
Every reminder is time-stamped
One click on SMS or email records the reminder, with its date and time, in the approval history. The button then stays locked for 24 hours: nobody reminds the same patient twice. For now, the message itself is still sent from your phone or your email client.
The full history, modality by modality
Each renewal creates a new approval without erasing the previous one. The “Therapy start” column automatically finds the date of the patient’s very first approval for that modality.
